Swollen muscles, nausea, vomiting, pain for more than three days, colored urine and weakness are symptoms that the pains may be worrisome.
Rhabdo is treated with fluids of the intraveins – as observed in the case of Jared- to maintain the production of urine in the body and to deal with kidney problems, according to WebMD. The severity of a case determines if the patient would be operated on or if they would need electrolyte management and dialysis.

Strength comes back after rest because muscles weakness is a signal that something is unusual.
One needs to work hard but basically not to be done in agony. Gonzalez-Lomas confirmed that pains should not be felt in the muscles during a physical activity or workout.
