The 21-Day Morning Challenge to Lose Weight

This challenge will give you a short daily workout for three weeks. You will not need to spend your money to buy expensive equipment nor go to the gym. All you will need is a yoga mat and a gym timer app on your phone.

The training routine consists of fat-burning exercises like burpees, inch worms, mountain climbers, squats, skaters and planks.
